Marty first started his career in the Trading industry working for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange as an equity and options trader. Marty later moved into foreign currency trading positions, one with Banque Indo Suez, in New York, as a foreign currency. In 1987 Marty moved to Chicago to work with the Euro dollar option market.
Marty’s real estate career started in 1988, first as a sales agent and now as a broker. Marty has purchased a large track of land in the stockyards on Chicago’s Southside, a small office building which has been renovated and sold in Chicago’s River North neighborhood and has built a retail center on the west side of Chicago in the Palmer Park neighborhood. These experiences have made Marty a true expert in the real estate field with emphasis on multi-unit developments and retail space. He is also a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Marty’s ability to look at different markets and albeit real estate, gives him a unique position with respect to evaluating risk. Marty is known for his ability to take a project from conception to completion with integrity and assurance.
